So, I went to a Chris Tomlin/Israel Houghton & New Breed concert on Saturday night in Baltimore, and it was A-mazing. When Chris sang Amazing Grace, My Chains are Gone, I was almost on the floor.
The thing I really liked about this concert was that the bands set out to create a spirit of worship from the get-go. Bearly any fluffy stuff. All praise songs and hymns. And Chris Tomlin quoted alot of Scripture and brought all Glory to God. That is what I like to hear from a Christian band. No fluff. Just 100% full-blown, roof-raising, totally awesome praise. To the one and only God, of course.
