I've gone to more tea parties this past year then ever before. That's what I get for having a pastor's wife who loves dolls, lace and European tea houses.That sort of stuff isn't my "cup of tea" so to speak, but I rather enjoyed myself when I went to the British Bell Tea House this afternoon. I had a Green Tea flavoured Strawberry Creme and six little sandwiches cut in triangles with the crusts chopped off. And, of course, what is a tea without a scone. It was actually chocolate chip...not blueberry. Blueberry just looked more dantier in the title. I had blueberry jam and a light whipped creme on my scone. It was very danty. There were lots of lace and flowers at the tea house. Very danty indeed.
Sometime in the middle of our Afternoon Tea, I told the six other ladies that the Boy was going to bring me to a shooting range for my birthday. That got a reaction.
