Anybody know how to fix a karioke machine?

Day 2 of being an official Graduate Nurse at Newark Manor Nursing Home.
It went very well. I counted narcs, admined meds & eyedrops, gave an Abuterol + Pulmacort neb tx, passed meds through a PEG tube and fed residents. No shots today. No falls. One--no, two blood pressures. Thats it. Pretty light.

I still haven't called NCLEX yet. Don't want to. The Boy has been coming over and reviewing nursing stuff with me. We're working on the psych material presently.

In other news, I found out that 8 is the number for new beginnings. The year 2008 on the Christian calander, and the year 5768 on the Jewish calander both indicate that this will be a year for new beginnings. Namely, revival. We (the Boy and I...and I'm sure others on campus) hope and pray.

After being at the Messianic conference for a week, the Boy has come up with a brilliant new plan to help bring on the pending revival. It is actually quite simple. Romans 1:16 says: " I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile."

The Boy's idea (God-inspired, no doubt): Go first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. The Jews are in many ways ignored by the Christian community. Meaning, pray for ways to bless them, then when the opportunity presents itself, share Messiah with them.

I will admit, I know from first-hand experience that Jews are somewhat difficult to witness to. However, the Lord said to Abram: "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you: I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all the peoples of the earth will be blessed through you." (Genesis 12:2-3). As a slight side note, this verse alone refutes any idea of Replacement Theology because the God of Abram would not break a cov't with His people, or He would not be a Trustworthy GOD. This being said, there is in fact a need to--in love--witness to the Jews that Yeshua is Messiah.

Witness to the Jews. The Boy's foolproof plan. This doesn't mean ignore Gentiles. Not by a long shot. History has shown that when one Jew believes, a number of Gentiles get thrown in for free. The passion of Jewish Believer is unbelievable.
